Wiederhold Creations is located in Bradenton, Florida at the southern side of Tampa Bay. We produce woodwork that incorporates carved elements, fused glass, and metal, to produce one-of-kind wood garden gates, solid wood furniture, wood entryway doors, and more. With over 20 years in business, we have established ourselves at the top custom mill shop in Florida and beyond.
Our Products and Services
We expertly craft the finest custom wood gates, wood doors, and wood furniture in all of Western Florida. Our wood garden, pedestrian, and driveway gates are designed to withstand the harsh outdoor environment so you can expect many years of service. We have the ability to use reclaimed cypress which is considered excellent for outdoor use. Much of the old growth cypress we use is well over 500 years old.
Our expertly crafted wood furniture can fit any traditional, rustic or modern design. We can work wood into from finely crafted pieces to massive slab tables.
Wiederhold Creations has the ability to provide entryway wood doors that meet all Florida building codes for wind and impact requirements. We also build custom wood interior doors.

About Wiederhold Creations
Dennis Wiederhold, the owner of Wiederhold Creations, is a traditional woodworker who grew up in Dubuque, Iowa.
Dennis relocated to sunny Tampa, Florida area over 38 years ago. In 2000, he started a small architectural mill shop in Bradenton, Florida, producing high-end custom wood gates, wood doors, and wood furniture. Dennis’s custom wood pieces quickly grew in notoriety, making Wiederhold Creations the top mill shop in the western Florida coast. Because of his attention to detail and artistic ability, Wiederhold Creations has become the trusted supplier of wood gates, doors, and furniture for homeowners and businesses looking to improve their property’s aesthetic.
Creating Custom Wood Gates, Wood Doors, and Wood Furniture
At Wiederhold Creations, we are more than a mill shop supplier to the building industry. We design and build wood garden/pedestrian gates, outdoor furniture, rustic furniture, and fine interior furniture using common and exotic wood with specialization in reclaimed wood. Wiederhold Creations also provides finishing of all products either by hand finishing or state of the art spray booth finishing. Color match is no problem.
